Our priority is the taste and quality of the ingredients that we use. We constantly look for suppliers who have the same ethos and values as we do, who can provide top notch produce. Steenbergs Organics provide our spices, Grahams Butchers our organic and free range meat, our fish is sourced from S&J Shellfish and Elias Fish. Vegetables come from a variety of local suppliers dependent on availability and quality, and our beautiful edible flowers are grown by Greens of Devon. For exceptional artisan breads and sourdough pastries we always use Margot Bakery.
Every event is different and we will create a bespoke menu with you to match its style, length and size. We will discuss with you the format of the evening and based on our experience we will recommend the type of food, timings and quantity to ensure your event is a success.
For most events we use our own beautiful serveware, but for something different or a large event we work with several different catering hire companies who can provide everything from linens, glassware, crockery and cutlery to furniture and marquees. We will be delighted to organize this for you at no extra charge.
In addition to myself who will be on-site from start to finish, you may need extra staff. We can recommend how many you’ll need depending on your event style and size. A typical ratio is 1 waitress for each 10 guests. We work closely with a company who provides us with professional, experienced and friendly staff.
Waitresses and bar staff are charged at £60 per person for the first four hours and then £10 thereafter. For work in central London there is an additional £10 travel charge. We will set-up an event and clear away afterwards, ensuring your kitchen is as spotless when we leave as it was when we started!
