An Exciting New Chapter
After many wonderful years catering for bespoke events, celebrations and private dining experiences, I am taking a temporary step back from Sam Pollard Catering to embark on a new adventure.
From January 2026, I will be studying for a Diploma in Pâtisserie and Boulangerie at Le Cordon Bleu London. This programme will allow me to refine my skills, expand my knowledge, and bring new creativity and expertise to my work.
As a result, I will not be taking on catering bookings for the next 12 months while I focus on my studies.
My intention is to return in 2027 with a fresh perspective and an exciting new offering, combining my passion for hospitality with advanced pâtisserie and artisan baking skills. I look forward to creating elegant desserts, afternoon teas, private receptions, corporate events and bespoke celebrations with a distinctive new edge.
I am incredibly grateful to all the wonderful clients who have supported me over the years, and I look forward to welcoming you back when I reopen. Thank you for your support, and I hope to see you again in 2027.

If you have a special occasion coming up Sam Pollard can meet your catering needs. Our aim is to make entertaining as memorable and effortless as possible by creating exceptional and delicious food for your table.
We specialise in delicious modern Mediterranean and Middle Eastern style cuisine, creating unique menus for each client. Every menu makes the most of seasonal foods and each dish is lovingly made.
Our philosophy is that our food should look as beautiful as it tastes. We use only high quality ingredients and present our dishes to impeccable standards. Food is flawlessly finished providing a feast for the senses with fresh colours and enticing aromas.
WHAT WE DO
Sam Pollard has successfully catered all sorts and sizes of events for private and corporate clients including cocktail parties, afternoon teas, buffets, formal and informal dining to name a few. We look after all aspects of your catering requirements allowing you to relax and enjoy time with your guests.
We can arrange crockery, glassware, linens, waiting staff, marquees – whatever is needed to make your event a success.
For corporate clients we create bespoke menus to meet your dining and service needs, anything from delivering a cold buffet to fully catering elegant receptions or themed formal dining.
