In my teens I had my heart set on being a chef, but I somehow ended up in the City as an IT Project Manager for three decades. After taking a career break to start a family, my passion for cooking was stronger than ever and it was clear to me that my future career had to be focused on food and cooking. Which is why I started Kitchen@SamPollard in 2015.
I aim to tempt you with delicious, freshly made food using quality ingredients. Food should look as good as it tastes – and my food tastes as vibrant as it looks. Enjoy.
